Embark on hot air ballooning is a unique adventure, launching at 5:45 am from Kandalama.

This experience is peaceful yet exhilarating, perfect for couples, groups, or solo adventurers. The flight floats between 1,000 and 2,000 feet above the Cultural Triangle, guided by the Chief Pilot through varying wind currents. As the balloon gently ascends, the breathtaking sunrise over Kandalama Tank unfolds, painting the landscape in vibrant colors. From the Golden Buddha to distant Sigiriya, lush forests, and waking wildlife, the view is truly mesmerizing. Below, villagers wave and children eagerly follow the landing site. Ballooning becomes a harmonious dance with the wind, creating an unforgettable journey.
