Officially opened on December 10, 2025, the journey of Amba Yaalu began long before its launch. Months of meticulous planning and effort were dedicated to identifying and training talented women for diverse roles in operations. From housekeeping and front office to kitchen, gardening, maintenance, engineering, and even daytime security, women excel in every aspect of the hotel’s operations.

Eighty percent of the team comprises women who were recruited and promoted from the sector, while the remaining 20 percent are newcomers to the hospitality sector, primarily hailing from nearby villages. This blend of experience and fresh talent reflects our mission to empower local communities while fostering career advancement opportunities for women.
