Restored whilst preserving the Victorian era structure of the tea factory, Tea & Experience Factory overlooks brilliant scenery that motivates us to focus on conserving this expanse of green. Guests will not just enjoy a comfortable stay but be contributing to our sustainability initiatives making their stay a sustainable and memorable one. Our Philosophy

Determined not just to safeguard nature but also to give back to the local community, the sustainability practices at our property are beginning to make a positive impact on the environment.

The use of plastics is one of the major concerns in the industry, and we aim to eliminate the use of one-time plastics, starting with minimizing their use on the premises. Not to mention, our farms ensure that the ingredients used in our kitchen are fresh and healthy. Furthermore, our friendly staff includes members of the local community of the beautiful village of Mandaramnuwara.
