Ayurvie Weligama’s contemporary approach to the traditional Sri Lankan Ayurveda diet comprises fresh, seasonal and local foods representing core Ayurvedic tastes including sweet, sour, salty, astringent, pungent and bitter.

Additionally, our guests also have the option of enjoying a sumptuous vegetarian buffet several times a week. Our resort is free of processed food and meat items.
