At Ayurvie Weligama, there is a true dedication to adopting holistic practices and our cuisine is no exception. A favourite among Weligama restaurant options, Aahara overlooks the Indian Ocean and guests can choose from a variety of special vegetarian meals, prepared using locally sourced fresh produce to promote their well-being according to their Doshas. In addition to this, our special tea bar Arishta offers guests herbal teas and elixirs as well. In keeping with the healing practice of Ayurveda, our hotel is alcohol and meat-free.

Our chefs offer a creative and flavourful approach to our vegetarian menus which consist of fresh, local and seasonal produce. Where possible we harvest ingredients from our in-house gardens too.
