How many days would you recommend for a treatment programme ?

We recommend 10 – 14 nights stay for different treatment programmes available at the retreat.

How is my individual treatment program determined?

After the doctor’s consultation, you will proceed to Ayurvedic Treatments according to three Dosha s. (Watha , Pitha and Kapa).

Main treatment we offer is “Panchakarma”.

We do provide morning and evening yoga sessions per day.

Yes we do cater Vegan diet plans on request.

Apologies, we do not accommodate kids below 12 years.
