Alaka Restaurant opens to the lush wilderness that graces the outdoors. The restaurant is fashioned with excellent chef action stations to give you an insight into the craft of preparing delicious dishes before they appear on your table. With three different time slots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant brings you an eclectic selection of dishes, including Western, Sri Lankan, and other Asian flavours in both buffet style and curated set menus for guests to choose from. Our culinary experts use a mix of home-grown and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
