Sit down to a legitimate Sri Lankan meal and relish the authentic aromas and flavour from the artistically prepared dishes made with fresh ingredients grown on the resort premises or sourced locally when possible. The restaurant opens up to the resort’s paddy fields giving you sweeping views. The paddy harvesting museum is one of the main highlights, and guests can also enjoy a demo of Sri Lankan-style cooking.
Nagula restaurant perfectly recites the old Sri Lankan-style kitchen where dishes are cooked in clay pots on clay stoves. The elegantly designed seating area is spacious enough for 64 people. The restaurant also displays old equipment used hundreds of years ago for agricultural activities.
