Tissamaharama’s famous curd!
Image

Delve into Tissamaharama’s culinary heritage with the renowned Buffalo Milk Curd, an integral part of the region’s culture. Join our trusted hotel supplier to partake in its creation.

Begin at the buffalo barn, witnessing the milking process firsthand. Proceed to the farmer's house, engaging with hosts, learning their ways, and observing the curd-making ritual. Expertly boiled for 45 minutes, the milk is cooled, poured into clay pots, left overnight to thicken into curd. Your journey culminates in tasting the freshly prepared curd, often accompanied by kittul pani's sweet essence. Immerse yourself in this authentic local experience, a blend of tradition, flavors, and cultural richness.
