Explore Valaichchenai via tuk-tuk for a genuine glimpse of Sri Lanka's east coast life. The village features one of the region's largest fishing harbors, where vessels embark on nightly expeditions. Delve into the bustling harbor, market, and local shops, offering an authentic perspective of daily life. Witness harmonious coexistence among diverse religions, reflecting the region's rich diversity. During the temple ceremony (Pooja), observe the priest blessing numerous deities. Support the community by stopping at the R.e.V Computer Center, funded by Maalu Maalu, providing free computer classes. This authentic experience employs local tuk-tuk drivers, fostering community support.
