A former university professor and director of the French Institute in Kandy, this visionary Frenchman's passion for Sri Lankan culture led to the center's inception and curation. Visitors are treated to a tapestry of insights, as this cultural haven unveils the past through its diverse exhibits, offering a profound understanding of the era's history and traditions guided by the curator and founder Dr Jacques Souile.
